Actions Management
One of the key features of PMviz is its ability to allow actions to be allocated to PMviz users for various reasons (e.g. risk mitigation, issues resolution, meeting action) and for them all to be managed centrally.

Actions can be placed on PMviz users via the issue, risk or meeting management functions. When actions are created, the action owner is notified via an email, giving details of the source issue/risk/meeting, details of the action and a target completion date.
A PMviz user may therefore have many actions allocated to them from various sources. By going into the Actions Management option, you will see listed all the actions that have been allocated to you. Any overdue actions are highlighted. By clicking on a particular action, you can update the action progress and, when appropriate, close the action. Closing an action will trigger an email to be sent to the owner of the source risk/issue/meeting to inform them of its closure.
