You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and one of our consultants will arrange to discuss your requirements in detail, provide a number of commercial models and agree an implementation plan with you.

Implementation will typcially involve:

• Agreeing the WBS structure and configuration set-up
• Defining the user roles
• Training users and administrators
• Loading data from existing systems, spreadsheets, etc.

We can also provide consultancy on integrating PMviz with your existing PMO process and systems.
