Plan on a Page

Plans-on-a-page are a proven method of defending programme management teams from information overload.  Unlike detailed Gantt charts, PoaPs can roll up milestone and status information into powerful and easily digestible summaries of progress, ideal for management progress reviews and other stakeholder updates.

PMviz milestones can be presented on a Gantt timeline as a 'plan-on-a-page' or 'one-page plan' ('plan' in this context is just referring to the schedule).  Milestones can either be displayed individually or as pairs to create 'tasks'.  These plans are powerful tools presenting management views of progress and status.

This view automatically picks up the RAG status of the underpinning milestones, and is of course updated dynamically, reflecting milestone changes made elsewhere in the system.  It can also show movement against baseline dates, facilitating discussions on planning exceptions.
