Status Reporting

Status Reports are a core feature of PMviz and can be produced very quickly for any part of the programme/portfolio structure. The reports are designed to provide all the information required to manage projects,programmes and portfolios of all sizes, at either the detail level or at higher levels of governance. They can be used, for instance, as the key input to progress review meetings.

 

Status Reporting 

 

The majority of the content of these reports is created automatically from the milestone, dependency, risk and issue information held on the database. All the project manager needs to do is provide some overall RAG indicators and, if required, add some descriptive progress or status text under user-defined headings.

 

Once a status has been finalised, it can be formally issued, at which point it is 'frozen' to provide an audit trail. Hardcopy reports can be download in PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint format.
